Do I have to register first to place an order?

You do not need to register before placing an order. You can register right after you're done shopping, or check out as a guest. Signing up is quick and free, and will save you time on future purchases.

3. Manage your account information, address book and email settings

How to reset password?

You can reset your password by clicking "Forgot your password?". button on the login page. An email will be sent to your email address, please follow the instructions in the email to check and reset your password.

How do I know my shoe size?

If you are unsure of your shoe size, you can measure your foot length. Since feet are three-dimensional, use any two-dimensional measuring tool such as a ruler to measure your foot length. (Our sizing is exact in centimeters.) Then check our sizing chart for recommended foot lengths and choose the right shoe for you.

Where can I find my order number?

If you did not receive your order confirmation email, please contact us at service@kimitribe.com. Otherwise, you can log in to your account to view the account history, the format of the order number is: KI***.

How can I place an order on your website?

You can view the catalog on our website. When you find something you want to buy, add it to your cart, order and checkout.

How can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact our customer service team by email: service@kimitribe.com. And provide your order information, including the order number, e-mail address, name and telephone number given in the order so that we can find your order quickly and can edit for you.

Can I use multiple discount codes at once?

Sorry, discount can only be used once per order.

My coupon code is invalid, why?

Please contact us if you are having trouble using a coupon code as the code may no longer be valid or there may be some limitations with the code.

Payment method

You can pay by credit card as well as your paypal account. We accept the following payment methods:

Processing time

Orders are processed based on item availability and payment approval. During busy periods, product availability may vary while your order is being processed.

Most orders will be processed and shipped within 3-7 business days.

Some products may take longer to process.

Shipping time

Standard Shipping: 7-10 workdays.

Express Shipping: 3-7 workdays.

Please note that shipping times do not include the standard 3-7 working days processing time required to ship your order.

Modify shipping address

Normally, the shipping address cannot be changed. Before it is shipped, you can email us to change your address.

APO addresses

Please note that we do not ship to APO addresses.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. Your order may arrive in multiple batches. You will receive individual email notifications for each shipment.

Why is my order split into two or more packages?

We do split delivery for your order under the following conditions:

1. Items are located in different warehouses;

2. Different items require additional preparation time;

3. Weight limit or express limit.

You will receive an email notification when each package is shipped.

Why was my order cancelled?

1. Your PayPal account name and address do not match the shipping address of your order, we have contacted you with no response.

2. You have placed an order but have not completed payment.

My package is shown as delivered, but I did not receive it. What should I do?

1. Check the area where the delivery person places the package. Try to find out if the package was left in a garden or letterbox.

2. Please try to ask your neighbors if they picked it up or if the package was left at the wrong door.

3. If you still can't find anything, please call the carrier with the tracking number for more information.

4. If the carrier cannot provide a solution, please email our customer service team: service@kimitribe.com

Can I exchange my product for a new size?

Yes. We recommend that you use the size chart to determine your size before placing an order. If you find it does not fit when you receive the item, please feel free to contact us. Email our Customer Service Team at: service@kimitribe.com

My order is being returned to sender. What can I do?

Please check that your shipping address is correct. If it is, please email us (service@kimitribe.com) about your situation and we will be happy to troubleshoot for you and we will send your package again.

What if I received the wrong item or something is missing from my order?

If you have received the wrong item, please email service@kimitribe.com before starting the return process and we will assist you! If you have received an order that is missing an item, please contact us with your order number and the missing item and our team will assist you.

How many days do I have to return the product?
